It’s a universally scalable, high intensity, fitness programme combining body weight and gymnastics movements with weightlifting and cardio. By working these disciplines together in high intensity workouts with constantly varied combinations, your body never knows what’s coming. The result is a hormonal response which leads to physiological changes.
